Shir Chadash, which means “a new song,” reflects the heart and focus of the Beit Shofarot Cantorial group.  The Cantorial classes are designed to bring together the heart of His Living Word in liturgy and song through ancient tradition.   The bar/bat mitzvah, or liturgy, class reviews and covers the liturgies used during Shabbat Services.   Anyone interested in learning the liturgies is welcome to attend.  Come learn the ancient history, traditional and modern melodies as well as gain the opportunity, as the Ruach Ha Kodesh leads, to “sing unto Adonai a new song.” For more information, contact Lead Cantor Jamie.

Our Cantorial Team under the direction of Lead Cantor, Jamie Johnson has branched off of the norm and created a
“Jew Grass” band.   It is dedicated to bringing a smile to the face(s) of anyone as they give their own rendition of Blue Grass, Jewish style.
